On Saturday, November 15th over 250 people from the community came to enjoy the St. Francis Health and Wellness Day. This free event provided flu shots and physicals for uninsured children, educational programs for diabetes, nutrition, breast health and more. Local community organizations such as Woman's Space, Henry J. Austin, Greater Trenton Behavioral Health, Capital Health, NJ SNAP, United Way, LALDEF, and Children's Futures. The event was also co-sponsored by Welcome House. Welcome House is a community center that serves Trenton's immigrants fighting for social justice and providing education, advocacy, and support.
In an effort to provide support and services to the community, St. Francis Medical Center is now offering a comprehensive Diabetes Self-Management Program. This FREE program is designed to provide the tools and skills needed to take control and manage diabetes. This program is designed to create better care for individuals including access to care, quality of care, health outcomes, and improved health.

St. Francis Medical Center Foundation hosted its 32nd Annual Golf & Tennis Outing on Monday, September 22, 2014 at the Trenton Country Club. The Outing had two shotgun starts one in the morning and one in the afternoon. There were 114 golfers who participated in the event. Tennis players also filled the courts with good play and fun. The beautiful day was punctuated with opportunities to win prizes and golf challenges.
